Well.. I dont always skip meals, i mostly always skip lunch though. Occasionly its breakfast, but when i skip breakfast i always feel better about myself, as if... my body is eating away at the food from the night before. I want to up my exercise, though at the moment i cant because of an accident with my hand. I always look at people, and think "i wish i was that skinny" and i look down, and i see fatness all over me. Though at times i dont mind how my stomach looks, but when i eat more i see my stomach grow. i usually like my wrists, and i love the fact i can usually make my ribs show. The other day i had a big stress because i thought my wrists were bigger.. Please help.
