Ive restricting food. I have lost a stone in about 2 weeks. This has made me more determined. I eat about 700-800 calories a day compared to 2000 calories which I used to eat. I have purged twice in the past 2 weeks. Im gonna start exercising to lose more weight I have started calculation the calories im eating and what Im going to eat the next day.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
