are you drinking enough fluids? you can get dizzy if your blood pressure or sugar are low.

you need to make sure you drink enough fluids to start.

fluids ok... yea, doc told me I needed to drink more water etc... annoying fainting spells

and eat something if you haven't eaten today

long term solution-obviously eat and drink more but if a spell comes on you can sit with your head lower than your knees and it stops it.

if you can't eat drink ensure or gatoraid, etc..need protein! Your electrolytes are probably way off if you haven't eaten. Have some peanut butter to get something quick into your system. Be well.

I have the same issue...it's usually fluids...try Gatorade, it made a difference for me and prevented my electrolytes from dropping, which can lead to cardiac arrest....good luck hun...
