can i just say that some posts i have read are really getting to me cos people are going off on one at eachother cos they say something that upsets them but we should be supporting everyone on here
FACT-noone is trying to be pro ana/mia ok cos when they looked for this site they were looking for help so instead of shouting at people for opinions we may disagree with maybe we could actually realise that some people are really ill and need help and start to support eachother a little bit more and people who want an arguement should not even bother speaking.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Forums are forums because you debate and speak your mind. If people want to come onto a recovery site and kinda poke and prod to see what it'll do, let them, fine. But they must be ready for the hellfire that rains down (that is, a quarrel).
I took a break from the boards when I noticed that I was reading all the numbers and triggers and etcetera. Also, I mostly stay away from journal entries, because unlike the boards, journals are free reign- you write what you want, you feel what you feel, and the thoughts are splayed out in front of all others who dare to read.
However, no one is Lord High Chancellor (and I don't think anyone is asking to be either). No one is Moderator. We all have to keep ourselves in check. Sometimes that does mean walking away as MUCH as it means stepping in.
Happy, happy, joy, joy.
but everyone needs to realise that yer some people write stuff we dont agree with but like i say instead of going off on one we should encourage them to get help instead
