ok first off i have totaly screwed up my eatting plan and i saw my consler today and they said (when i told them how i'd been going) to try and follow it for tea i have had a look around the house and i don't want anything the thought is making me feel horriable and i am ment to have a few vegies some sort of protine food and a bit of some sort of carb food any suggestions i just wish i could pick up the phone and let this all out verbally but there is no one i can call so thank God for DS

It is very important to stick to a balance of proteins, carbs and veg, of course you are not going to fancy it sometimes, but like falling off a bike, try and try again, if it becomes difficult try and get someone to support your mealtimes with encouragement. LOL

how about a few crackers with peanut butter and some baby carrots. That shouldn't be too filling. Good luck.

turkey (protein and very low cal) on wheat (good carbs, not like white bread) and spinach (because it make you take a shit) that is what I ate when I was getting over anorexia

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
