I eat regularly, but when I have something sweet even if it's a small amount (like a piece of candy), I feel guilty and bad. I know this is not a healthy mentality and what's worst is that I fear to eat out more and more, but it's supposed to be a joyful social event. Even a slightly oily dish would make me feel disgusted. I need advices...

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring?
