help me quick, its nearly break at school and im gettin cravings to binge eat. anyone know how to beat them??

not that i'm the greatest voice of experience but i'd have a drink of water and try and aim for healthy filling options if possible. try stay positive and keep telling yourself i don't need etc etc and say i can do this i can get through today,that's what i tell myself every day,let me know how you get on xoxo

For me i use caffeine. I know i'm a pretty big guy and all, but caffeine or drinks that are bubbly REALLY help. Esp diet soda.

Go for a run, a walk around the block, dance around, sing at the top of your voice, give some friends a call. ANYTHING to take your mind away from food.

Stay focussed. Remember that drugging yourself with food is not going to help the anxiety pass, and that you shold avoid the "all or nothing" feeling. Stick to foods that don't trigger your binges, and stay around friends who are positive and upbeat.

If you can, eat a dill pickle or drink one of those "Cup-A-Soup" drinks. There's a ton of sodium in both, but they can sometimes thwart a binge for me at least. Give it a try!

Sipping on Diet soda helps me, although I start to hate the taste after a while. Then I go to a Hot Chocolate made of cocoa, skim dry milk, low fat creamer (powder), splenda. Mix up a batch to use once or twice a day for a change of taste. I know water is the best drink, but only enjoy with lots of ice. Sometime mix up diet pink lemonade. Also fruits help me to stir away from carbs, and sugars. Also have a 40 calorie sugar free fudgicle, that really hits the spot. I find my bad side of the head pushes me with all kinds of suggestions. Have to tell it to buzz off.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
