I'm going on day six without bingeing. It feels great, but I still have really bad cravings. I'm trying really hard to supress them. Carbs and sweets are what I crave, and they usually trigger a binge. Does anyone have any suggestions of something I can eat to get rid of a craving, but not start a binge? I'm trying to stay away from my usual bread, muffins, sweet granola, that stuff. Any help would be so great.
