I have been stuggling with eating d/o's for the past 8 years. I'm cuurently in my junior year of college at a state university. I constantly, feel stressed and I find myself binging a lot. I desperatly want to take control, whats the best way to talk myself out of this behavior when i'm about to experience a binge situation?
