I know it's quite obvious that alot of weight management problems and eating disorders come down to people wanting control over their life/images etc. But right now I'm becoming overly controlling, needing to get up at exactly the right time, eat even less than usual, excercise every day or I feel like a failure, like I'm letting myself down.....
It's kinda scary how bad it's getting, it's not even good enough that I control what I eat and when I eat it anymore.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
You should try to make sure you're at least eating enough protein rich foods so your thinking is more clear. When you're in even a SEMI-starvation mode, things can "get away on you" pretty quickly. I hope you can get a hold of this before it gets any worse for you.
