What's the point of some of these topics that seem to encourage our problem? And comments about them being a good thing? Am I old and out of the loop here? Probably......

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Part of trying to endeavour to recover is to be able to at least start facing triggers and dealing with them in a more acceptable way.
I'm sorry, but it's getting to the point where I personally, don't even want to post in this community anymore for fear of being accused of triggering people.
By the way, you labelling that behaviour as "gross" just drives the nails of shame and self-disgust deeper into the minds of people who have a problem doing this behaviour.
I think you all rock though, and reading these posts and listening to your stories has been much much much more helpful than harmful to me- that is for sure.
