I feel so yucky this morning with a food hangover. My stomach looks like I am 8 months pregnant.I have been struggling with this for over 25 years and right now Im very concerned about myself. Lost 21 lbs with IBS and am sure I have put it back on very quickly. Im gonna get rid of any carbs in the house and the margarine cause Ive been binging on rice, quinoa etc and then pass out. Im feeling so out of control with this and I have BP on top of it and I need to eat normally for my BP, to stay at an even mood. Please help me God.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
My mother suffered from COE/BED her whole life. She's lost weight, gained weight, lost it, gained it back...and etc. She has told me that she felt most in control of these emotional outbursts when she is seeing her therapist and getting support from church (she attends hindu temple ceremonies nearly every week, I believe). Find what will help you. We will all be here for you in the meantime.
