My family have just told me theyve decided this year to not have christmas dinner, with one catch, we go out for dinner on christmas eve with my mums friends. The menu is ful of high carb/fat/cal foods!..I know its stil a fair way away until christmas but now im sure ill starve until then just so i dont feel bad about eating even a smal part of that meal!..Sucks! :(

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

just eat what you can or do what i am ask the lady whos makeing it to ok just put a small plate out for you with what you can manage like veg and chicken no potatos or stuffing am sure they can understand xmas is hard babes for you
