I know, I'm scared too girl. But trust me when I say that it does help to have people aware that you're struggling. don't focus on the food, focus on just relaxing, being with family. The food stuff will work itself out, and it's okay to say no to food if you're full. Listen to your body, try not to deny hunger, but stop when you've had enough. Take it easy, don't jump the gun just yet. One day at a time.

Hugs to you kmw. I know it can be tough, huh? Americans have Thanksgiving to get through this Thursday, and then the stress of Christmas will be upon us all. Try to remember that no one can make you do or eat anything that you don't feel comfortable with. Should you take care of yourself and eat healthy foods? Absolutely! But you needn't fall victim to everyone demanding that you eat eat eat all day, week or month long. You are an adult. No thank you means no thank you and you have every right to say that - no questions asked. As far as stress outside of food? (like family dynamics and such)...Well, thats another story and all any of us with that added stress can do is muddle through the best we can and be grateful for what we DO have.

Im really worried about christmas ive not seen my parents for a while and they are gona have a shock when they see how much weight ive lost and how little i can eat now. they have no idea!

omg I know,I'm so afraid too...so far If got a jar of xmas cookies,binged and purged..it's gonna be tough

I am terrified. My problem is how can I control how much I eat around my whole family. Then I'll have to deal with whispers and stares, they will all be waiting for me to sneak to the bathroom. I can't stand the thought of it.

I'm scared mostly about the pies and cookies. Sweets are my danger foods. So I'm afraid of myself and family. Like everybody says, just say no when you are full or don't want something. After all you don't tell your family how much to eat.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
