Hey all, I have heard that there really is legitimate studies proving that the stress hormone can cause cravings and storage of fat in the middle. I also know that there isn't a pill that will "block" this stress hormone. I was just wondering if anyone has come across this research and has any input? I am sort of assuming that relaxation is the best defense against this stress reaction, but naturally I'm looking for any ideas that might be helpful in removing sugar cravings and PMS binge cravings. My eating disorder is at its worse during PMS, has anyone else noticed this? Thanks!
