I feel like it is impossible for me to beat anything completely
Anorexia in the past
Overeating after that
and now bulimia
I have been diagnosed as a Exercise Bulimic, which basically mean I eat some, then exercise too much....
I just dont think I exercise to much....I dont feel like I exercise enough actually...
But I just feel like I will never be healthy...I think I will either be on some kind of eating disorder...or dead...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
When it comes to exercise, when you feel like exercising, try to pamper yourself instead. Just try some breathing exercises instead of running or whatever. Maybe take a warm bath, or draw, or talk to someone on the phone. Don't let that exercise demon force you into painful overdone exercise. It will break those muscles down and hurt you.
