I am not over-weight,but I always see myself as obese. For years I diet (or starve myself) for max. three days then I binge for a week and I feel bad so I start all over again. Most of the time I force my self to vomit after severe binging. My binging is like eating three plates of the main meal, huge dessert, chocolate, nuts, coke, chips and other junk all in only about 2 hours while watching TV. I am serious and it is true. But I am now able to say that I do have a problem. What should I do?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
