I am reading a FANTASTIC and very POWERFUL book right know call "Weight Wisdom". I am a bit biased because my therapist is the co author of it, but it really is a very helpful book. It is written my Kathleen Burns Kingsbury, and Mary Ellen Williams. This book is along the lines of Life without ed. Chapters are like a page and a half. And at the end of each chapter, a helpful hint is provided, such as an excersise to combat ed. I hope you enjoy.
