okay girls and guys....just a quick thought, seeing as though my bones have been feeling like a 90 year olds, i started taking calcium everyday. being a nurse i see alot of osteo and i really dont want to have that or even a hunchback...=) so to all you awesome people...if you cant get your nutrients in for the day just please pop a calcium supp. and take it with vit C b/c it helps the absorption of it....just a crazy thought...i dont want everyone to get brittle bones b/c we have this disorder.
