I recently resigned from a stressful and demanding job which was made even more harder because of my ED. It is day 3 of not working...The idea is to have a couple of weeks off and try to get this ED under control and then look for work (I usually don't have any problems finding jobs, so I'm not worried about that side of things)... What I am finding really difficult is relaxing and all I can think about is not eating, I was hoping for a miracle that I would finish up at work and start eating!! I've now gone back to blocking out the ED with drinking to the point that it is only 1030am in Australia and I have had three glasses of win!! I'm really scared of loosing control...Please any advice would be great...I'm planning on going to the gym soon so I don't drink anymore :(
