Just recently my doctor expressed concerned with the way I have lost weight. I told him I did it the healthy way which I did, through exercise and eating healthy. But he still was worried because i have lost my period and i have a couple other signs i guess that go with anorexia...I dont think i have it but i do admit i am obssessed with being healthy...is there any ways i can just overcome the obssession and then things will go back to normal? My hair has thinned out, ive lost my period, and i get cold easily those are the signs that go along with it but i dont know i dont think i have it..please help

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
