An ED book called "Wasted," by Marya Hornbacher? I picked it up at my school library today after a somewhat nit-picky skim-through for possible triggers. So far, it's very good. The only problem I have with it is that, since the author has had bulimia and anorexia, she's very descriptive in emotions and the like and it's causing me to reminisce my own, which might be a hazard. But thus far it seems like a great, non-triggering, safe book.
Can anyone confirm, or have read any other "safe" ED books?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Other than that, I thought it was entertaining and interesting.

My advice, STAY AWAY from this book. It might not look bad, but it was THE biggest trigger in a book that I've ever read- and I've read a TON of ED books.
It almost makes me want to read it even more, but if it's that triggering... =/
