I'm 5'1'' and maybe like, 3 months ago I weighed 103 lbs. I was really happy with that weight, but since then, i've gaine about 7 pounds. I suddenly became really insecure because I can't fit into my extra small shirts and size 0 jeans without seeing love handles =[ The next thing I knew, I was running to the bathroom after everything I ate to purge. But it doesn't seem to be doing anything.. I'm still eating the same amount and doing everything I know to make the food come back up. Should I just NOT b&p anymore? I want to reach my old weight again quickly, so is there another alternative??
