I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
If other people are noticing that your weight has changed rapidly, or they're concerned about your eating habbits, you need to pay attention to them. I read your profile, and you've been through so much, you're a survivor. Whether you are the correct weight or not isn't so important, what worries me is that you say you are afraid to eat in case you get fat and because of everything that has happened.
I really hope you're seeing a counsellor after all you've been through, and if you are, tell her about your feelings concerning eating and your weight. If you aren't, please see your GP and get some help now before you feel any worse.
Best of luck to you :)
