Hi guys,
I know you don't magically recover from any ED - but for the past few years I've gone through phases where i've been living a healthy life - no purging no binging etc. These healthy phases could last from a few weeks to a few months. But I always have setbacks, and ED sneaks up on me and totally consumes me. And then the cycle pretty much starts again. Am I anywhere near recovering because my ED isn't constant, or am I just kidding myself?
thanks guys

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
