I have started to eat two main meals lunch and supper with my family and have been increasing my portions and abandoned the habit of washing away the oil. But I still feel hungery constantly and the urge to binge. If I do some sport, I will have a doubled craving for food later on. My question is, can I satisfy hunger without overeating or stuffing myself. It seems impossible to feel full. it is such a torture to bear the hunger. I feel desperate because it happens though I should have had enough according to the necessary daily amount of caloric intake.
