i've found myself for the first time in three years with no gym membership. i'm trying just walking around outside, mainly because money is a wee bit tight these days. i really don't want to over do it, but i also don't want to under do it either and freak myself out.

My suggestion is to get a pedometer. It is recommended that healthy person should be taking 10,000 steps a day.

well you should get your heart rate going for at least 30 minutes I think...so maybe..5 minute warm up walk....30 minute run or so..and 5 minute cool down walk..you don't have to be a track star but just enough run to get your blood flow going...just make sure you eat enough to fuel your body and stay healthy..
