I would like the opinions of those of you that are seeing a therapist for your ED or have in the past. I have been seeing a therapist for about six months now and feel like I have gotten all the help I can from it. We have discussed most of the aspects that contribute to my ED and he has given me excellent advise on how to handle the many situations that trigger me. I am in a much better emotional place than I was before I starting going to therapy. I know I will never be cured, that ED is something to be managed. How long do you really need to see a therapist???
