you can try to gross yourself out by mcdonalds by watching fast food nation i'm not sure that would work but its worth a shot?
You can also try some of the healthier choices of McDonalds like a salad or the fruit yoghurt thingy. How about having a kid's meal?
I know you're having "withdrawal" symptoms, but actually that is just your body detoxing from the chemicals and high sugar content in the food. You know what they say: you'll eat candy, but soon you'll be coming off your sugar high. Same goes for McD's.
So, you have to have it for now. Well, say you have a large Coke and a large fry and a double cheeseburger (I don't know what that's called there). Maybe take it a size down, and get just a one-layer hamburger (no cheese). If that's too much, cut out the Coke and get a Diet Coke, cut out any added salt or ketchup and get extra tomatoes instead.
I mean, just adapt this to you. If you have to have McD's you have to make sacrifices throughout the rest of the day. It sorta fits into a balanced diet, but not if you're snacking all day. Also, like others have mentioned, you might be able to refrain from eating there as much if you knew what a crappy corporation it has become. Check out the movie (or the book) called "Fast Food Nation" or "Supersize Me."
You can do this. You have our support.
