Ok, so I have an addiction on Dried fruit!
I go completely crazy binging on dried fruit. I mean, I eat a 500g bag of dried Paw Paw, Pineapple and Mango in like 5 minutes!
That's 1800 calories, 500gm's carbohydrates (like 400 in sugar)...and not to mention all the sulphur! And I do this very often!
I honestly don't know what to do, I really don't want to eat it. I just can't help myself.
I'm sure this much sugar is terrible for me, and i'm totally increasing my odds of getting diabetes (which is in the family anyway)!!!
Can anyone inform me of the consequences of this much sulphur...maybe it will scare me out of eating it haha. And my poor little (or not so little) bellie.
Any help would be appreciated!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
a realistic way to change habits you are unhappy with is to set small goals to change the habits and reward yourself when you acheive it. for example you could decrease the # of binges per week, the size of the binges, write down how you are feeling before and after the binge, write down the amounts as you eat them.
just some ideas. hope this helps.
Bellexx, reading your reply really made me think, thankyou...
