I've just reached a normal weight (woot woot) and I'm enjoying the ability of my body to keep warm and keep me awake, alert and energized. But what hasn't changed is my creaky bones. THey've only gotten worse. Is this unrelated to the ED and I just assumed that my body falling apart was all due to it, or is it just some random genetic defect I have? My hip bone pops, cracks a lot, as well as my shoulder joint, elbow, wrists, thumbs, they all click, my neck and back creak, my knees pop SO loud whenever I bend them to sit on the ground or get in to bed. And I can't pop, lock and drop it while dancing, because they hurt like hell and collapse (it's not a lack of muscle; I run). Anyone relate?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
