ladies, take some time for yourselves. if u have kids wait till they r in dream land, run yourselves a super nice hot (has to be hot!) extremely bubbly bath (more bubbles the better...my re:exotic by bath n body works) light some candles, pour yourself your fav cocktail/glass of wine/ coffee/ smoothie/something 'safe' n yummy, put on your fav cd n submerge yourself into a slice of relaxing heaven on earth. now lay till u r wrinkly n shower off in luke warm water n finish with cold. i feel so relaxed right now n wanted to share it with u all. please try it, u deserve it. of course its not a miracle worker, but i sure do feel more relaxed than i have done in months, if not longer. i now have on cosy snuggly pj's n i feel fantastic. sweet dreams ladies. get cosy :) . xoxoxoxoxox
