My 9-year old daughter has begun reading food labels, has become a vegetarian, does not want to eat any food with fat in it, jogs around the house to burn off calories after eating, thinks she is fat (she is not), and tells us that she wants to be skinny. I hope we are recognizing this as an issue early enough to prevent serious health issues, but I could use some advice from anyone who is willing to share.
