List 3 things you did for recovery today, it could be -anything-... something you ate, moderate exercise, reaching out to someone... -anything-
I'll start:
1. Drank approx 100 ounces of water
2. Ate Sherbert (yay lifesavers 5 flavor sherbert)
3. Gave a whole bunch of people DS hugs :-)

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
2. spent time with God, dumped it on Him.. if i dont its bottled up inside.

Anyway, great thread.
1) Didn't purge despite really wanting to.
2) Wrote letters of encouragement.
3) Took a shower and got dressed after going to the gym only for an hour despite internally wanting to stay longer.
1. Only did a small amount exercise despite feeling reallu bad and wanting to do more....
2. had a coffee with a friend and offered her encouragement..
3. said I love you and Thank you to my hubby (who has been amazingly supportive and who I am sure I have taken for granted..)
2- had 2 sips of g2 gatorade
3- took a really long shower to relax

Thanks for the idea. It's hard to focus on the positive steps when there's so much negative thinking.

3. Only one purge, (that's good for me.)

3. Bought a new purse in bright cheerful colors to cheer my mood.
