ok so tonight its bonfire night in england,well it was last night but my family celebrated tonight,we had quite a feast,im ok now but i know i will feel very anxious 2moz,ive had a couple of glasses of white wine and about 4 vodka and diet cokes,i hardly ever drink so tonite was a break from my anxiety about food, allthough i was stil worrying but not as much,i know i am going to worry loads tomoz especially if i have a slight hangover,this dosnt work well for my anxiety but i really needed a break from it tonight even if it was to feel normal just for a couple of hours.this is what i ate today- a bannana and lowfat yog with a sprinkle of special k for brekky,lunch was a slice of home made toast and home made pumpkin soup an apple and carrot sticks n tea was veggie chillie and sweet potato then a weight watchers dessert which was 104 cals,but its what i ate after which will worry me 2moz,i had about 6 0r 7 flapjack bites which are 75 cals each and one brownie one which was 100 cals and 2 muffins and also some pretzals,i guess im just looking for some reasurance so i dont feel guilty,im going swimming for an hour 2moz,i just know as soon as i wake up 2moz when im more sober i will be like omg what have i done!i always eat so healthy i feel like such a bad person if i have a day like this.please if anyone can give me some reasurance it will really help,i feel so awful eating like this but it builds up and i just want to eat so much junk somtimes.x
