I have been CRAVING sweets/carbs for the past 3-4 days, and today, I just gave in. I bought 2 sugar cookies and ate them, and I don't even care. I'm going to work out tonight, but that doesn't matter because I gave into my craving and now it's silent.
I'm not saying this is always a good thing or the right thing to do, but I'm just saying that I feel better knowing that I'm OK with giving in every once in awhile. So what?
