Okay so, I'm bulimic. I thought I had control of it but I really don't and I'm getting a little bit scared. I've had a really bad week this week with a few things kicking off at work and to compensate I decided to have a piece of cake but I couldn't just stop at that, I ate loads and then felt horrendously guilty afterwards so threw it all up. Every day seems to become more and more of a battle. All day today I've been fighting with myself not to binge. I just don't know what to do about it. I don't feel ready yet to go to a doctor or anything like that but feel ready to accept the fact that I really need to do something about it. Any help or advice would be really welcome.
