i just almost binged (ate a cookie w/ pb on it... a typical binge food) and then made myself this huge bowl of ice cream + cookies + pb which i was gonna eat... and i know i would have continued... but i stopped myself! instead i threw the ice cream down the sink, mashed it up and watched it dissolve in the water. i just thought about how shit id feel if i did eat it... and is a bowl of ice cream worth that? I DONT THINK SO! i never even enjoy the foods i binge on anyways. yes, its a small step, but a step in the right direction! yay!
