I'm not sure what to make with what is going on with me. I get the lack of intake of calories...but waht I don't get is why I'm struggling with fluid intake as well when I KNOW water does not have any calories....
I was at the doctor's this morning...I always manage to piss her off...but anyway..I had pulse and BP differencials...and although she promised not to put me in hospital today, I'm not sure I will get away with that on friday when I have to go back. I HAVE TO drink by then...the intent to do so is most definitely there, but when it comes to following through...I just can't convince myself to do it.
Someone please tell me if this is common...I MUST stop this...my doctor is convinced this is a passive suicide...I want to prove her and myself wrong...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I hear what you say about feeling full, so, you need to change the approach - maybe set yourself up for chewing an ice cube once ever half hour (or drinking 2 tablespoons of water). Make it something small to start, and then, rather than increase the frequence, increase the quantity.
And, I'm not sure how you feel about this, but since you are really not getting any vitamins or minerals, or anything really - can you go to the store and check out Aquafina - vita charge (I think that's it). It is water that is fortified with viatmins, minerals, etc - so, even if you are taking only small doses, your getting some benefits.
But, when all is said and done, the body cannot survive long without water - pls look after yourself.
