What am I doing? I am overweight. I want to do something about it. My weight has been yo-yoing since I was about 18. everytime I lose weight, I end up putting more back on. I cannot break the cycle. 2 weeks ago I decided enough is enough, I decided to start "slimfast" I lost about 5 pound. Now I am still doing slim fast but I am substituting my diet with chocolate and alcohol. I do not know what to do. I know what to do, but I cant do it. Does this make sense. I feel like I am going to spend the rest of my life being fat.
