My daughter has just went through some testing and we just found out that she is dyslexic. I am taking this really hard because I don't know where to turn. The psychologist recommended that we look into vision therapy and a tutor that specializes in working with children with dyslexia. She also may have ADD as well. My question is, has anyone tried the vision therapy? I have never really heard of it until now. Can that correct the the difficulties that she is having or just one area of it? It's just really confusing to me because I don't want to try all the strategies at once because how will know which is working. I hope I am making sense, this was news to us and I just want to do what's best for my daugther. The only problem is, I don't know what is best for her or even where to start. Thank you for any input and advice you may have.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
