I have a 3 year old son with DS. He is very oral. Always has hands in mouth and crayons, markers, playdough and all toys end up in his mouth. We have had OT since 7 weeks of age and they have advised us to use vibrations, chewy tubes etc.... We have done all of that but he still chews on hands. Low in fine motor skills because he won't use the crayons or markers just chewson them. Just getting frustrated. His poor little mouth is cracked at the cornors from always being wet. If anyone has any ideas or if their child has been through this I would love some advice...
