Iam only here sort of halfway if that counts.I have an early morning appointment with an eye doctor monday.In the mean time Iam braving this awful grey print and not staying long on the computer.
My headaches and sinus pressure have been exasperating over the last few days.Anything with glare such as the computer screen or out in the bright sunlight is hard for me to focus.
But I just wanted to quickly pop in and say hi and let you all know what is going on.
Hope to be back soon.

I have missed you all too so badly,and can hardly wait to get in the chair and get my eyes dialated.If I have to see a specialist thats fine too.Have been having a constant sinus headache.It could be something as simple as an antibotic treatment to clear up an infection who knows..
At this late date all I can think about is getting my clear vision back and no more headaches.

Oh Rachel there is nothing worse than having your head hurt and problems with your eyes. I do hope you get relief soon. Miss you bunches.

I'm with you on how you are feeling. I had a sinus infection over a month and the first antibiotics didn't get it. I treated myself for a week and had to go back in. I finally started feeling better after all that time. I hope you feel better soon.

    I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
