I wonder if we could discuss this thing about chocolate and vertigo. I once worked with a lady who had bad migraines and said she could not eat chocolate. I couldn't imagine how hard life would be without chocolate......but after 4 wks with vertigo and anxiety, if I find out that chocolate is my enemy, it's outta here! You could lock me up all night with KitKat bars, 3 Muskateers, hot fudge sundaes, etc and I wouldn't care!!!! It's amazing what a little perspective will do. So, has anyone given up chocolate and had results? I am willing to try. Although my symptoms are almost gone, I still will try.
