Can anyone tell me if noise triggers that dizzy feeling in them....noise seems to make my ears ache and i can't stand how i feel, i have to put cotton wool in my ears if my husband is snoring...i was in the supermarket today and the noise from the chill cabinets really got to my ears i felt funny and felt like a dizzy spell might come on.
I haven't seen the ENT doctors yet so i don't know if it's BPPV or something else any ideas.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I think this means if you move your head to either the left of right you can bring on vertigo...if thats what your suffering from....hope that this helps
