Hi, I am new to this site. And I am really glad I found it because I could use some support/advice.
I have been getting attacks of vertigo now for 5 years and sometimes I'm free of it for four or five months and then I'll get an attack that lasts anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Mine is positional on the right side. Last June I had it for 3 weeks. Just this morning I awoke to yet another episode. This is driving me crazy! The doctor says its BPPV. However, I get ringing in my ears sometimes and temporary, low grade, hearing loss which would be symptomatic of meneires disease. But the doctor said meneires is not positional. O.K. so what about labyrinthitis? Can that be positional? Does anyone else have positional vertigo with occasional ringing and also, has anyone noticed allergies playing a role? I have constant year round allergies. Looking forward to hearing from someone. Thank you!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
