It took many months and unexpected delays, but my court return date for filing against my ex for "enforcement of ligitant's rights" is today. I called yesterday to find out the status, and the law clerk told me he "forgot" to call me this week (he's a real winner, this guy). Since my ex didn't respond to anything from me or the court, I "win". Just wondering from those who have taken their ex to court how long until they received the written decision. I asked the clerk if he though I'd get it next week, he gave an ambiguious response. I'm guessing this is the guy who will draft the decision and the judge will rubber stamp it. It matters because I'm physched to have a yard sale and get rid of his things - before I get the driveway paved. I'm pretty sick of waiting around. Just wondering how long other's have waited?
