
Divorce after Twenty years together Community Group
I want to start something for those of us that were married for a long long time. I think that we face a little different issues than those who were dating for a few years or even married for shorter period of time. Being married for so long we have older children some have grandkids dealing with teenagers and their reaction to the divorice empty nesters dating after 40...

2. Approx. 65% of second marriages end in divorce.
3. Approx. 35% that are still married are unhappy in the marriage.
* So calculate the odds and let me know what our chances are of staying married & being content.
The next question is, if you do get married and have children; will everyone live in harmony, especially if you have children between 12-18 (Teenagers)?
Im not advocating Friends With Benefits, or Priesthood, but what is the answer? I can tell you at times it gets real lonely out here and I really miss long walks great talks and yes Benefits. Maybe I will luck out and experience the dream of that special person coming into my life.
I hope to have a wonderful marriage to a wonderful man someday but it will be on my terms. I have to be true to myself and my beliefs. Plus with HIV and all sorts of STD's, I'm not willing to take the risk.
