ok so my girlfriend is just starting a divorce and it has turned into an ugly battle already. at this point the ex has put her and 3 kids in a single bedroom apartment and keeps his 3 bdrm house to himself. he went out and got a high paid lawyer to represent him. she on the other hand hasnt worked since theyve been married and has no money or source of income for a lawyer. legal aid is to busy in her area and told her that they cant take her case on. we really dont know what to do or what to expect at this point, her first court date is the 22nd of april and she was told to get a continuance, but she needs to get child support setup so she has some money comin in for the kids. the ex falsifies his paychecks so he doesnt have to pay as much child support; also the courts still think hes payin his other ex-wife child support but he hasnt dont that for years. im 3000 miles away from her right now, and really dont know what to tell her cause im not there in person to really see what is goin on. im wondering if ne1 has gone through something lik this or maybe has sum advice on what we should be doing.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
