well , stbx is being deposed in the afternoon. I have been told I do not have to be there.. some clients do and some dont. She feels it will be very hard on me emotionally and would serve no real purpose. I am torn, dont want to cause extra stress on myself (under enough as it is) I know he will be lying, has done it before under oath, Do I need to hear more of his lies??Guess I am wondering if anyone has done this..was it beneficial to you, Would you do it again.. need help fast.. have until 2:00 on Wednesday to decide.. thanks ahead of time
